How to Delete Your Account In-App

You can delete your account directly from the Needled app:

• Open Needled and go to Settings.
• Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
• Confirm your decision when prompted.

Your account and all associated data will be queued for permanent deletion immediately.

Request Deletion via Email

If you are unable to access the app or prefer to request deletion another way, you can email us directly:

Send an email to hello@needled.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your Needled account so we can locate and process your request.

We will confirm receipt and process your deletion request within 3 business days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account information (name, email, password).
• All injection logs and pen data.
• All weight entries and custom metrics.
• Your app preferences, labels, and reminder settings.

Deletion Timeline

Your personal data will be removed from our active systems within 30 days of your deletion request. Some data may be retained in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being permanently deleted.

Account deletion is irreversible. Once processed, your data cannot be recovered.
